1. When do you have to resolve the effect of discovery tokens? The rulebook says, all tokens are moved after the action phase from future resources to available resources. I think that you have to get the food or wood from such tokens in that moment, what about ignoring one cloud when there is no rain this round or increase palisade when you don't have any shelter yet? Do I discard the tokens without using it or can I store them for later use, when the weather get's rainy or I finally build a shelter a few rounds later?

You can keep them in Available Resources until you use them. If they contain a food symbol, however, the whole token will be removed during Night, when the food rots.

See p. 11 (small brown box to the right).

What's about the marker which gives you a fur and a food if you have 1 weapon?
According to the brown box you mention I have to discard it at night.
But I always thought that if I don't have the weapon (or don't want to use it now) I can wait until I have on to use it. (themewise: I can't hunt those guinea pigs without any weapon and as long as I don't kill the animal the meat can't rot.) If you look at the back of the rules (p.20) the text for the marker with the 2 food tells you to discard it at night, for the 'hunting-marker' there is no such text.
