These are the 27 effects - I'm not detailing the resource costs, VP or how many animals they store.Animal Trader: Anytime during the Work Phase you may exchange 2 animals of different types for 1 animal of another type.
Barn Floor Manufacturer: Immediately take 1 pig or 1 cow.
Breeding Station: At the end of the game, only you get an additional Breeding Phase.
Carpenter: You can relocate your stalls and feeding troughs on your farm at any time.
Cattle Farm: Whenever you add a farm expansion, you may exchange one of your animals for one cow.
Country House: Immediately take 1 cow and add a farm expansion if there are any left.
Cow Stall: Take 1 cow immediately, worth 4VP at the end of the game if you have at least 11 cows.
Dog House: You can keep 1 sheep on each unoccupied farm space of the middle and bottom row.
Duck Pond: May only be built if you have at least 6 unused farm spaces. Immediately take 1 reed.
Farm Store: Needs to be built adjacent to the road. Immediately take 1 building material and 1 animal of your choice.
Farm Well: At the beginning of rounds 6, 7 and 8 build 1 free feeding trough before the start player places his first worker.
Feed Storehouse: Immediately build one free feeding trough, worth 3VP at the end of the game if you have at least 5 feeding troughs.
Fence Manufacturer: Immediately carry out a Fences action without placing a worker. Pay wood as usual.
Fodder Beet Field: May only be built if you have at least 2 animals of each type. Immediately take 1 of each animal.
Hay Rack: Immediately take 1 sheep, 1 cow and 1 horse.
Home Workshop: At the beginning of each Breeding Phase, you can pay 3 stone and 1 reed to build 1 stall.
Insemination Center: In the Breeding Phase, you only need to have 1 animal of each type to receive a newborn of that type.
Joinery: At the beginning of each Breeding Phase, you can pay 2 wood to build a feeding trough.
Large Extension: Worth 2VP per orthogonally adjacent building at the end of the game.
Log House: Built over the cottage. At the end of the game, 4VP if you have at least 4 wood in supply.
Pig Stall: Immediately take 1 pig, worth 4VP at the end of the game if you have at least 13 pigs.
Ranch: Whenever you receive a newborn horse you can build 1 free border from your supply.
Rearing Station: Allows you to keep up to 1 of each animal type, but you must move these elsewhere during the Breeding Phase to make room for newborn animals.
Sawmill: Pay 1 less wood when building a feeding trough, stall or special building that requires wood.
Small Extension: Worth 2VP per orthogonally adjacent building at the end of the game.
Stud: You can keep up to 2 horses on each unoccupied and orthogonally adjacent space.
Wild Boar Pen: You can keep 1 pig on each unused farm space in the top row.
