I keep looking for someone to help duplicate Juho's site for a dedicated private playtesting server, for new expansions, for possible faction tweaks, or even new factions. However, I've had little interest to help give it a try. I've proposed to Feuerland Spiele that they host it since they would be selling the expansions.
This stuff is actually relatively easy to add to something like Tabletop Simulator ($20 once to buy) or Tabletopia (recurring subscription required), but playtesting on those have to be performed live and that's difficult to get the best players from around the world to meet at the same time when asynchronously it's very easy and something we are all used to.
