So: no one digs as much as Halflings and Alchemists - this indicates that a significant number of digging decisions with other factions are either a) partly scoring-based or b) incorrect in retrospect. Even within that range, Swarmlings dig less than most other factions so are perhaps more scoring-focused on average. CMs, on the other hand, are towards the high end, meaning its probably more often intended as an economic play.
