Some cards (keys from base game, other from expansions) can give you information what cards are on top or at the bottom of the deck, so ignoring the reshuffling when you have that information helps you and it is aginst the rules.
If you are not going to use the key as a prophecy there is no need to shuffle the limbo (?)
When you are planing on using a key as a prophecy, then I agree that you have to shufle the limbo pile first (and that is also what I do).

And this would be wrong:
No. You must first fill you hand COMPLETELY until you have 5 cards and only THEN you reshuffle the limbo.

There is one think you'd have to watch out for tho, and that is if you where to draw 2 cards, and draw a Key-card that matches a door in your Limbo-pile on your first card, then you would have to shuffle the Limbo pile before drawing your last card.

You are taking that quote out of context/misunderstanding it.
It's based on the previous part of my post, that you are not shuffling your limbo pile unless you have to.
So if you got a green door in you limbo pile from a previous round, then this round you have to draw 2 cards and you draw a green key on your first card, then you shufle in the green door (and potential other doors) _from previous rounds_ so that you have a chanse of drawing that as your second card.
Ofcause you would not shuffle any cards you added to the limbo pile this round.
There is no need in shuffle just to shuffle.
I think my asumtions are correct (?)
