I'll check on this to make sure it's not an issue. I'd recommend that for now just take 1 terrain and then take a priest for the cults... after all what else would you do with them? :p
Strategically speaking, Riverwalkers are an anathema. They are a good pick in very low spades games (no Bonus, no cult spades), but they don't really want to build the SH and SA and can't do Spades which is 3 of the Round tiles that don't have spades on them. Then they want to build 2 TE, but they have to double earn the priests (except for the 1st) in order to send something to the cults so they are less likely to get much 2c from the TE tile.
