If you've just bought the game from The Works as I have, these downloads contain (at least) a couple of corrections to the ruleset you may have.

2. Score points
The point tile in a region indicates the victory points to be awarded. The player with the most
office seats scores points equal to the highest number on the point tile. The player with the
second most office seats scores points equal to the second highest number. In a 4- or 5-player
game, the player with the third most office seats scores points equal to the third number. The other players score no points This corrects the earlier mis-translation which gave points to 4th and 5th as well.

Privilege Card 16 gives 2pts when you acquire an orange chest, as depicted on the card, not a brown one as in the previous rules.

One important thing, which isn't covered by the The Works rule set, is that the turquoise chest that makes you go first next time (by potentially pushing other people away from the first spot in the supply column) works no matter which action you choose to do - supply or deploy. This rule is covered in the latest Supplement rules.
