Had a blizzard this weekend, so we were able to play Sept - Dec. Lost them all, so 8 losses total this weekend. Finished with 5 wins, 15 losses. By far, the most disappointing and disheartening gaming experience of our lives. After begging for Season 2, my wife wants nothing to do with Season 3.

Oh man, sorry to hear that... Curious if you felt your Player Deck was too clogged with Event cards? I imagine at the point that you have 10+ of them, you'd need to be playing them just to free up space in your hands to get the cards you needed to build supply centers, complete the plan, etc.
We didn't inoculate from the Player Deck, so there were a ton of cards there. I do not think we had too many events. We had just as many Event cards as Epidemic cards (10) and we usually lost before we got to the 4th or 5th Epidemic, so on average, we'd only get 4 or 5 events.
Perhaps inoculating from the Player Deck would've been a good idea but at this point, I'm not really interested in figuring out what went wrong. I just don't care :(
No worries! I wasn't trying to tell you how to play better... was just curious of in a case like this with losses stringing together, there might be a negative impact of having too many event cards in the deck. In your final game, you should have had 14 Event cards in the deck in addition to any unplayed free events. Some of them would be less useful since they were more targeted toward early game situations. Anyway, sorry it didn't go well for you guys... also, thanks for sharing a different experience with this thread. It's mostly groups who thought they had a great score and wanting to share/brag... good to see some balance.
