Definitely before drawing the events cards.Imagine a game with 5 or all 6 of these cards, Darwin would be almost useless.
Also don't forget to shovel both decks (?-deck and book-deck) seperately and then draw 5 or 6 cards of each deck and then shovel those together.
Probably there will not be high risk of getting more than 1 or maybe 2 Darwin-cards, maybe even none.
I believe that you don't "have to" add them to the deck.
Those cards were invented by Ignacy "last minute", quite a surprise to Robert and me.
I recommend you play a couple of games without those cards, and if it seems too easy for you, add as many Darwin cards as you like. :cool:
