OK...I didn't really intend to preempt the official publication, but I just got impatient. I realized that all of the new map balanced VP's are now public information hard coded in the TM app after the release of the F&I expansion. So I spent a few minutes starting and quitting games with bots to gather all the numbers. I would have liked to present a single excel or wiki table that was sortable by map, but couldn't figure out how to insert that in a BGG forum. Below are tables for each of the 4 maps which let you see the new map balanced starting VP's in ascending order. Note that this is NOT an official release - they might decide to tweak some of the numbers later. But at this time, this IS what is hard coded in the TM app. I double checked all the numbers, but there could always be a typo I've missed.I'm relatively new to TM, and have mostly just played a lot of bot games to learn the game and the factions. So I will leave it to the more experienced players to comment on the new starting VP’s. Very interested to see what people think, and hoping this can generate some dialog...
