OTB comes with a complete set of pawns for *both* the OTB roles and the 5 original roles, as well as a replacement Operations Expert role card.
In the unlikely case that you have a first *printing* (not later printings) of the first edition, you can get replacement linen-finish cards by writing to Z-Man games directly. Most Pandemic base set versions use linen-finish card backs. See the Pandemic forums for threads, with pictures, that discuss this issue.
