When you draw an event card you put it on the right space. If there already is a card you place thi on the left space. If there already is a card you resolve the threat-action of this card.
So you have at most 2 cards in the queue.

You can place your pawn on either card. You can resolve each ation only once but if you want you can resolve both threatactions in the same turn.


3. What do the map-symbol an the number "~4~" on the threat area tell me?

I'm to lazy to look at my game but I suppose thats the symbol for phase 4 (actions). You have a one over the eventcardpile, a 2 over the moraletrack, a 3 at the ressourcebox, a 4 left of al the actionspaces, a 5 at the weather box, and a 6 for the nightphase...
