The game's being published in English by Z-man, so I assume that at some point they'll be available on the Z-man website. As they had English copies at Essen, the rules are already translated and typeset (and presumably included in the boxes which are in a shipping container somewhere).
I think I can give the game 8/10; certainly I've really enjoyed both of the games that I've played so far.
