We played our second game last night and in both games we made the same mistakes...we forgot about the prerequisites of some of the technologies (like engineering is required to build roads). The print next to the technologies that indicates that they have prerequisites is pretty darn small but that isnt the problem...it is in red color on a very dark background...you just dont see it...for your next printing of the game...you may want to change the prerequisite color...
