I saw this on the Sunrise Tornado Game Studio website:
Just wondering if anyone can add any further info on this or has had experience of using these rules?
Mountain of Inferno 2 (MOI2) is the newer and improved version of the original Mountain of Inferno. It is much easier to learn, and the experience is even more strategic. Here are some of the improvements:
(1) It has three scoring rounds which occur during the game. The first round takes place when the mountain has five consecutive cards horizontally or vertically, second round is 7, and third round is 10.
(2) During the scoring round, each player uses the five cards around his token to score. If any three victory point card is scored, it must turn face down so it can’t be used to score next time.
(3) Guanyin is no longer an action card but a protective symbol on some of the disciples.
(4) Game ends when the deck is depleted, third score round is completed, or one player has 15 or high pionts during the score round.
MOI2 is only available in mainland China.
