1. I noticed that using the pre-determined setup, not all players will get the same total amount of 'game bits'. I'm avoiding the word 'resources' because that's not what I mean: it's the total of point tokens, resources, and building tiles. This is intentional and correct? (I assume that it is.)2. Can you use both New Hand-tokens in succession? (I assume that it is possible, with the restriction that you allow others to play their token before drawing a second set of 4 cards.)
3. When playing the combination Urbanisation + tile (i.e., letter card + tile), are orthogonally adjacent buildings with a grey construction marker also activated? (I assume that they are, even though their respective card is not yet in the draw stack.)
4. Points paid because you overbuild a building with a higher number with one with a lower number are paid to the supply? (I assume they are, but it is not mentioned as clearly as it is with the resource paid for a mismatch in building colour.)
5. When the stack of tiles is exhausted for the first time, is the game immediately interrupted for a return-tiles-to-the-supply phase, interrupting a player's action if need be? (I assume that it is.)
6. Are tiles selected for a second round open for inspection to all prior to being shuffled into a new draw pile? (I assume they are.)
7. If noone returns tiles to the supply in mid-action, the game concludes at that stage, with everyone who still has an action to fulfill carrying it out: no further cards are played. Correct? (I assume that it is—it seems the sensible thing to do.)
