1. Can a skull obtained from sacking a town be used the same turn that it is obtained? I would think not, due to the everything happens simultaneously concept. It did come up at our last game though. One player sacked a town, then wanted to use the skull from the town to bring in more minions to place.
2. Can the starting victory point tiles be used just like regular skulls? Can I discard 2 skulls and a VP tile to bring back all my minions from the graveyard?
3. Same as question 2 but change VP tile with white dice skull. If I role a skull on the white dice can I discard two other skulls (or a skull and a VP tile) to get all my minions back?
4. How much force is needed to fracture a human skull? Answer: there are a lot of variable to consider but a force of 73 Newtons should suffice.

Sorry, I was away for awhile and catching up on business has been painful.
1. In the case cited, no. Typically, Skulls can be used at anytime and you may treat the conversion of Skulls to respawned minions as interrupts. However, since everything is resolved simultaneously, any other attacks have already taken place by the time the Skull is received.
2. Yes. I believe that's in the rule set.
3. Depends upon level. At level 5, the answer is yes, because the Skull on the die represents the same thing as a Skull token. At lower levels, no, because the Skull on the die only represents the ability to respawn 10 minions.
4. I'm glad I don't know the answer to this question!
