A player getting all their resources onto the board also triggers the end-game (so they can't have any in supply or behind their screen). This endgame trigger isn't cancelled even if another player returns some resources to them on a following turn.To amplify, tiles out, and a player placing all the resources on the city are the two end-game triggers.
