We must live in different worlds then. I don't know anybody who likes more complex rules because they like more complex rules. People who I know that like more complex rules like them because something was added to the game that required additional complexity. (Ask me one more time to explain "something else".) Complexity is seen as a cost.
I suppose there are people out there that like to burn money, too. I don't know any of these people, so I am happy ignoring their existence. I don't think there are actually very many of them.
