No. Tournay is a completely different beast, relying heavily on so-called adjacency mechanics to do its thing ('activate cards in the same row', 'activate X on placement of Y', 'activate with other players all Z') which is an alien concept to Troyes. In Troyes cards are activated irrespective of position. It's more trouble than it's worth to separate out Tournay cards which might sort-of be coerced into working with Troyes, and the end result will not be all that hot.That said, there is now a proper expansion for Troyes, so if you feel the urge to expand you're much better off using that.
