Interesting idea, i love those kind of contests, spent a long time thinking about the original Agricola.
That said i tackled the game today and while i got to 93 points too, i dont see any way of getting more.
I doubt that waiting till the end of september will bring a bigger result.
But if anyone wants to try to prove me wrong, heres my way to 93 points, open for improvement:
Round 1: Expand (to the left), RSW (reed, stone, wood), take 1 horse
Round 2: RSW, build 2 fences for free, build Shelter to get 1 horse (build in a way to get a single-space pasture to the left of your cottage)
Round 3: 6stone, build Stall (2 spaces above your cottage), Expand (to the right)
Round 4: build Stall (in the upper right corner of the rightmost expansion), take 1 horse and 2 sheep, Expand (to the left)
Round 5: 15wood, build open Stable for 3wood (take 1 cow), RSW
Round 6: Expand (to the left), build half-timbered house, build 2 troughs (open stable, to the right of cottage)
Round 7: 7wood, build fences (a 6 space pature with a through to the right of your cottage, a 8 space pasture to the left), take 1 cow and 6 pigs
Round 8: take 1 horse and 3 sheep, take 1 reed and 7 sheep, take 1 pig and 7 sheep
Result:
24 sheep (+ 14 bonus points)
9 pigs (+2 bonus points)
4 cows
11 horses (+5 bonus points)
16 points for 4 filled expansions
8 points for buildings
= 93 points

I haven't gone through all these actions to confirm them, however I'm counting 9 points for buildings. If you built two stalls (1x2), an open stables (2) and the half-timbered house (5), that's 9 points. IF the rest is accurate, that's 94 pts.
Except to build the open stables you need to replace one of the stalls.
It's quite different from my approach though so maybe there is scope for an extra point somewhere. Detail to follow shortly....
