Under case 3, you say that you can build on any space that have been transformed to your home terrain, however in the rule, page 10 (top right) it says that you may not place a dwelling on this second place. On top of that they add a red not for the halflings.
So if I understand correctly you really nice application :), which is in a language that I prefer also, you terraform as you want, with the right to go to the next space when the previous one have been transform to you home land. But you may only build on the first space.
Is it right?
