Wow. Every time I've tried to buy a game from amazon.de it complains that it can't ship to my address, but this time the order actually went through. It was $12.84 USD with shipping, with an estimated delivery date of December 5th! Thank you so much!
Ah, my pleasure. The trick is you need to make sure you are ordering from Amazon themselves, and not a third-party vendor using Amazon, as almost all of them won't ship to America.
