At the time of the swap, the incoming swapped lasting effects clan must be lowest at that moment to remain active at skirmish end? For example, if I swap into my army a #8 Take Two Supporters card but the lowest activated card in the skirmish is #5, is the #8 Take Two Supporters card active for me at skirmish end?


Yes it will be active for you. If it was activated when originally played, it stays active for it's new owner. The way my friends and I play it is for cards that activate at the end of the round instead of immediately, we turn them sideways like a tapped Magic card, so everyone knows what will activate and what won't (even if it trades owners during the round).
