You can easily get the base game and Rattus: Africanus. Rattus: Pied Piper is impossible to find (without paying markup for importing which is expensive).You don't need anything but the base game to get into it though. You can print the promo cards yourself if you want though since they don't need extra components (like Pied piper or Africanus).
