They tweaked that no spades->2 VPs after r4 right away.They tweaked Cultists quite early.
They tweaked Riverwalkers eventually.
They tweaked Shapeshifters (nerfed beyond recognition).
No reason they can’t tweak Darklings.
I personally abhor the VP scaling. Inelegant. And it fundamentally doesn’t fix underlying problems.
