hmm my best counters for Mephisto are :1.Mississippi (early poison plus shadows)
2.Death Breath(board control that is most preciuos thing with mephisto you should destroy modules and make him na space to add new, than charge ubits that can kill module and deal dmg do HQ)
3. Borgo board control with hi Initiative(3-4) units
I played in Poland National Championships on Jan 2018 and Mississipi was most common counter in Final Tuornament.
