If you want to talk about standard opening, I think listing ones that are harder to reach is not the best way to do it. You should list the amount of resources required along with any sci tiles/power actions/round bonuses
eg.
#2 takes 15c, 9o along with 2 mine locations. Using starting QIC, there will probably be 1 home planet in 3Nav range. To get the other you will need a round bonus of +3nav, 1TM or power action of 1TM. You also need +2ore from sci tile (1QIC + 1Ore) or 4pw for 2o. And another coin from power
#3 also requires a lot of work in terms of suitable planets. Probably looking at a race that can get Nav2 and the 1QIC & Ore Tile. Then hit 2 Gaia planets in range 2 with starting QIC and extra one. That leaves 2 other suitable planets, say 1 from round bonus (+3Nav or 1TM) and a +TM power action.
Might be better reign in the expected opening by 1 mine on each of those. If you can get the extra one, that's great but it's not the easiest thing

This is almost exclusively used by the Terrans when used and that is only occasionally. Edit: I'm not sure if this opening is the best Terran can do. If possible I would strive to open PI+TS+2M or PI+RL.
This seems like a really odd thing to say. Of course PI+TS+2M is better than PI+2M
PI+RL also cost more resources as well vs PI+2Mines
