No, there aren't. One of the cards has the scoring of regions on it, so perhaps the order of which regions score bonuses and which score nothing is randomized in this version of the game. We'll see!
Hmmm, i’ll go further and predict that each player will now have a starting amount of scoring chits that they will be able to spend in order to exchange the region scoring bonus/malus cards.
