I have played 3 games. All the different races seem to have their pros and cons.None of them seem unbalanced. Over all, Nomads are a bit 'easier' to play. But I saw Dwarves being very powerful too. I tunneled 9 times in the game which was worth 36 VPs and handily gave me the game. The Giants in that game was within 1 VP of Nomads and Swarmlings.
