The face up guy will "revive" if you chicken out and leave without all of the treasure. He is not replaced with a new face up guy unless you clear the house out of treasure.
So, yes, just put him aside after taking the first treasure, and then put him BACK if you chicken out.

No, calling Banzai does not REQUIRE you to play a card. If you call Banzai, but can't win, save your card.

3 "like" rumor cards gives you 4x multiplier. So it depends upon how many of the "thing" the rumor multiplies as to how many points you get.
