by ldsdbomber the reed only builds 1 per round, so 14 is normally enough, even with cards that pile up a bit more, it'll tend to get used in room building so you're unlikely to run out

by ousgg I would say you'd do all right with 15 Reed, 30 Wood, 25 clay and 20 Stone.Remember Agricola contains 4x tokens, which aren't as cute but are quite practical if you're stockpiling.
